TurkeyBuild Istanbul Building Fair, which is considered one of the 5 largest fairs of the world, was held May 10-14 at Istanbul Tüyap Exhibition Center on a total area of 100,000 m2 with 14 halls and open spaces. The fair, which was held for the 39th time, hosted 110.000 professional visitors for 5 days.
Our stand, where Ondumit products were exhibited, received intensive visits by industry professionals, and important meetings were held regarding domestic and foreign market demands.
We participated in DUBAI BIG 5 2015 Construction and Building Materials Fair at Dubai World Trade Center 21-25 November 2015.
As its exports to North Africa grow on a regular basis, Ondumit attended Batimatec 2015 with the purpose of enhancing its operations in the market. At the expo, held in Algeria 3-7 May, Ondumit seized the opportunity to meet with representatives of the construction industry from all over the Africa.
Ondumit hosted visitors in its stand at TurkeyBuild, the largest construction expo in Turkey, which it attended for the third consecutive year. Once again, Ondumit products attracted high attention throughout the 5-day expo.
Ondumit General Coordinator Mert Sariozlu reported that they had been through a productive expo and added, “Aside from meeting with potential business partners, we had the chance to get together with our both local and global distributors. We see such meetings as development opportunities rather than sales activities. We listen to our distributors’ demands and recommendations, then work on this feedback until the next expo. We hope to be here next year, too, with developments which will satisfy our business partners more.”
Ondumit was at Feicon Batimat 2015, one of the largest industrial meetings of South America. The expo hosted more than 1000 companies and 100,000 visitors 10-14 March in Brazil, the leading country of the regional market, which is a key target for Ondumit. After the expo, Ondumit increased the number of continents it operates on to four.
Ondumit took its place in BAU 2015, which is the largest European conference of the industry. The biannual expo hosted 42 companies from Turkey, more than 2000 globally, and 250,000 visitors.
When Ondumit General Coordinator Mert Sariozlu reviewed the expo, he emphasized that Europe should be the most targeted market for all Turkish manufacturers. “As Europe focuses more and more on the services market, huge opportunities in the goods market are emerging for developing countries like us. The market highly values our location and quality advantages compared to China and the likes. In this regard, we keep increasing our marketing activities targeting Europe.”
We met with visitors in the stand operated by our Azerbaijan distributor, Behrud Company, at BakuBuild 2014. Ondumit Sales Representative Efecan Hekim stood ready to help Behrud Company market Ondumit products in the 20th edition of the international expo.
Ondumit was at Big 5, one of the most globally important expos of the industry. In the expo held in Dubai, the construction capitol of the Arabic Peninsula, we found the opportunity to meet with many regional and global visitors.
Ondumit attended to Libya Build held in Tripoli between 19-22 May. Turkish companies had a remarkable interest to the expo as 102 of 495 companies were from Turkey. As the pioneer of PVC/ASA roofing tiles in Turkey, Ondumit met with visitors of the market which shows strong interest to this product.
